Managers can’t do it all on their own
Making sure your Star Performers are recognized and rewarded for positive behaviors is a daunting task. So daunting, in fact, that it rarely succeeds.

Today’s busy, overworked managers can’t be everywhere at once, but peers can! A peer-to-peer recognition program is a “must have” best practice for any recognition initiative so that managers don’t feel overwhelmed and employees get the acknowledgement they deserve.
