The Corporate Risk and Legal Department of Indalex, Inc. in Gainseville, GA released a report measuring the effectiveness of a program designed by the Bill Sims Co. to eliminate unsafe employee behaviors, conditions and attitudes — the leading cause of on the job injuries. It should be noted that the Bill Sims Program was initiated in February 2007.

The report revealed:

From January 2006 to November 2006 there were 22 claims
From January 2007 to November 2007 there were 13 claims. Claim volume year over year is down 40.91%
Claims in 2006 cost Indalex-Gainesville $373,026 in 2006 and $9,496 in 2007, representing a decrease of 97.45%
