Bill is currently writing a book entitled Green Beans & Ice Cream: The Definitive Recipe for Employee Engagement, Motivation and Recognition, which is based on this seminar and his experience having built more than 1,000 recognition programs at firms including Dupont, Siemens VDO, Coca-Cola, and Disney, to name a few.

David regularly speaks at events organized by the American Society of Safety Engineers, The National Safety Council, and the Voluntary Protection Program Participants' Association. David is committed to the improvement of workplace culture; he monitors each client’s progress to ensure they reach their goals.

Bonnie runs the show. She works with every client to make sure each behavior-based recognition program meets their needs. She handles program set up and maintenance, seeing that every step in the behavior change process goes smoothly.

As President of the National Wellness Institute of Australia (NWIA) and a member of the advisory board of the International Directory of Wellness Professionals (IDWellness), Bob is working to form an international partnership of wellness organizations worldwide. He currently splits his week between managing health and safety related research projects at QUTs Institute of Health and Biomedical Innovation (IHBI) and his own consultancy Wellness Communication Solutions. A recent appointment is to the Presidency of the Australian Leisure Facilities Association of Queensland (ALFAQ).

William “Jack” Jackson is the President as well as an Independent Safety Consultant with Zion Safety Consulting. Jack is chiefly responsible for organizational strategies and developmental programs.
Jack used his experience working in the fast paced world of automotive manufacturing, his short military experience, as well as building championship quality teams on the football field to develop a safety concept that teaches participants of his courses that “Safety is always first.”

Werner and his wife Andrea have their own business, Naef Limited, with focus on training for auditing, leadership, team development, stress management and performance enhancement. To support their training methodology they developed a unique team training computer simulation “GemaSim.”
At human factors conferences around the world, Werner is called upon as a workshop convener and keynote speaker. Werner and Andrea continue to work in the field of people management training being certified as Master Trainers in Process Communication Model®.

For 21 years, Mr. Patel has provided health & safety professional services to Aramco; a major Oil & Gas producing & processing corporation in Saudi Arabia. He supervised and directed a team of Safety Engineers providing safety support to one of the world’s largest refineries, gas gathering and recovery plants and also to their associated multi-million dollar modernization & expansion projects.
Currently, he functions as the Chief Consultant, Bill Sims Company, USA, HSE Director, Dallah Human Skills Development, KSA and the President, Seniors Group of Indo-American Foundation of Arizona.
